Ingredients :
- 330 grams Water
- 600 grams Flour
- 2 tsp Yeast
- 30 grams Butter
- 30 grams Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Vinegar
Method :
- Add all except butter in mixer. Knead from low to medium speed until whole dough forms.
- Add butter in small pieces and continue mixing for 10-15 minutes.
- Cover and let rise. 1.5-3 hours depending on room temperature. Poking the dough should leave a lasting dent.
- Separate into small doughs. Flatten, rolled and place into pan. Let rest for another 1.5-3 hours or double its size.
- Preheat oven to 200C. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from pan once out of the oven to cool.
