Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup Bob's Red Mill gluten free all-purpose flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method :
- Mix all ingredients together and big mixing bowl
- Mix until lumps disappear
- Heat 12 inch pan over medium Heat
- Lightly grease 12 inch pan before cooking
- Pour one cup of batter into 12 inch heated pan
- Cook for two and a half minutes or until lightly browned
- Spread powdered sugar or jelly on crepes as a topping
- Eat and enjoy French delicacy😊
