Recipe Gourmet Crepes, gluten free

Ingredients :

  • 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup Bob's Red Mill gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method :
  1. Mix all ingredients together and big mixing bowl
  2. Mix until lumps disappear
  3. Heat 12 inch pan over medium Heat
  4. Lightly grease 12 inch pan before cooking
  5. Pour one cup of batter into 12 inch heated pan
  6. Cook for two and a half minutes or until lightly browned
  7. Spread powdered sugar or jelly on crepes as a topping
  8. Eat and enjoy French delicacy😊
