
Ingredients :
- EGG SALAD
- 6 large hard boiled eggs, peeled
- 2 tbsp celery, finely minced
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp or more of my Spicy Ranch Dressing, recipe attached in direction step #1
- 6 slice of bacon, cooked crispy
- 6 large sturdy romaine, cos or iceberg lettece leaf cups
- GARNISH
- sliced grape or cherry tomatos
- thin sliced pickles, sweet and / or sour
- thin slicedcradishes
Method :
- Chop eggs into a bowl add remaining egg salad ingredients except bacon and lettece leaves and mix well
- Fill each lettece leaf with equal amounts of egg salad, crumble baon eveny over egg salad. Serve with the garnishes of tomatoes, pickles and radishes to sprinkle on if desired
