Ingredients :
- 2 can italian herb pasta sauce
- 2 Lb ground beef
- 1 jar green/black Olives
- 1 can diced olives
- lasagna noodles
- 1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
- diced whole large onion
- 2 chopped bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 diced jalapenos
- salt / pepper
- olive oil
- lemon juice
Method :
- Brown your meat in a skillet with the diced garlic, bell peppers, onion and jalapenos.
- Boil noodles till soft
- Add pasta sauce to the meat and simmer
- Pre heat oven to 350°
- Add olive oil to the bottom of a deep square pan
- Start to line the pan with the softened lasagna noodles. When a layer is finished add a layer of meat, then press the pitted black olives through 1every 3 inches till they are evenly spaced. Add a layer of cheese then repeat the whole process in order again.
- Cook for till cheese is melted then Enjoy
