Ingredients :
- 400 g bread flour
- 100 g wholemeal flour
- 240 g water
- 35 g sugar
- 4 g dry yeast
- 35 g butter
Method :
- Add 2 tablespoon breadflour , yeast and some water to prepare the starter
- When the starter is ready.. add all ingredients and knead till it form a smooth dough.
- Let the dough proof till double its size
- Divide the dough into 4 portion, roll them into bread loaf and set in the greased tin
- Bake 30min at 170 degree.
