Recipe Weight Watchers Parmesan Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 4 tbsp Dried Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 2 lb Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breast

Method :
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. In a resealable plastic bag, combine cheese, crumbs, and all seasonings and shake well
  3. Transfer mix to plate
  4. Dip each chicken breast into cheese mixture, turning to coat all sides
  5. Arrange on a nonstick baking sheet
  6. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through
