Ingredients :
- 1 medium size Watermelon
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- pinch Salt
Method :
- Cut into pieces.. Watermelon.. Get the seeds out.
- Crush them in a food processor or blender along with honey, lime juice and salt...
- Process until smooth juice n pour into a flat, shallow dish.
- Place the dish in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
- Gently scarp the Granita by spoon or fork every 30 min.. So that the ice crystal are distribute.
- Whole process takes 3-4 hours.. After 4 hours serve in bowl or glass with mint garnishing.
