Recipe Tomato Hummus

Resep Tomato Hummus

Ingredients :

  • 1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) tomato paste
  • 4 Tbsp PB fit (peanut butter powder)
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) fresh coriander, de-stemmed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • (a pinch of cayenne pepper, optional)

Method :
  1. Remove the skins from the garbanzo beans. Put the beans in a food processor and blend well
  2. Add tomato paste, PB fit, water, lemon juice, coriander, salt, olive oil and blend well until everything is combined.
  3. I used PB fit and water instead of tahini. PB fit is a powdered peanut butter like PB2.
  4. You can add cayenne pepper and more salt to suit your taste.
