Ingredients :
- 1 Cup butter - softened
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Egg - Room temp.
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 Cup Heath Toffee Bits
Method :
- Cream buttrr & sugar together. Add in egg and vanilla mix until well combined. Stir in flour. Mixing until fully incorporated. Fold in Heath Toffee Bits.
- Divide dough in half and place dough onto plastic wrap. Form dough into a log about 6" long and 1&1/2" round. Refrigerate dough 1-2 hours. Or until nice and firm.
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove plastic wrap. Cut into 1/4" slices and place 2" apart. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly brown.
- I usually Freeze some of my Cookies for later or if somebody drops by. Let them cool. I vacuum sealed mine. Get out of freezer. They thaw in no time.
