Ingredients :
- 2 lb sausage
- 12 eggs
- 4 cup milk
- 12 slices bread
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cup grated cheddar
Method :
- Fry and drain sausage
- Beat eggs and milk
- Cut up bread, removing crusts
- Combine all and pour into 9x13 pan
- Refrigerate over night
- Bake @ 350°F for 1 hour
