Recipe Egg sausage cassarole

Ingredients :

  • 2 lb sausage
  • 12 eggs
  • 4 cup milk
  • 12 slices bread
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 cup grated cheddar

Method :
  1. Fry and drain sausage
  2. Beat eggs and milk
  3. Cut up bread, removing crusts
  4. Combine all and pour into 9x13 pan
  5. Refrigerate over night
  6. Bake @ 350°F for 1 hour
