Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 lb free range ground turkey
- 1 jar of your favorite tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup fresh ricotta
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano
- 2 tbsp dried onions
- 1 box GF pasta (I used fusili shapes)
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
Method :
- Cook ground turkey, oregano, and dried onions in a skillet.
- Cook pasta for about 5 mins (keep it aldente).
- Combine pasta and ground turkey in an oven friendly dish. Layer: pasta, some ricotta, some turkey, sauce, and repeat until ingredients all settle. Sprinkle fresh mozzarella on top.
- Bake in oven at 400°F for about 20 minutes.
