
Ingredients :
- 1 salted egg, chopped
- 1 large tomato, coarsely chopped
- 1 small red onion, coarsely chopped
- to taste Pepper
Method :
- Combine all ingredients, including juices of tomato. Mix well and season with pepper. Add salt if desired.
- Serve as a side salad, top on toast or on crackers for a healthy snack.
