Ingredients :
- 120 g butter
- 350 g sugar
- 100 g self-raising flour
- 200 ml milk
- 4 eggs
- 200 g semolina
- 1 lemon zest
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 150 g almonds (peeled)
Method :
- Cream butter and 150g sugar
- Add egg yolk one at a time
- Add flour ,milk,semolina, lemon zest, and mix well
- Whip egg whites and incorporate to the cake mixture
- Bake at 170 degrees C for 40-45 mins
- Ready to be eaten
