Ingredients :
- 5 cups cooked brown rice
- 8 oz fresh cooked mushrooms
- 8 oz steamed broccoli
- 8 oz steamed couliflower
- 2 sweet potatoes, chopped and boiled
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Bread crumbs
- to taste salt and pepper
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Layer or mix rice, broccoli, couliflower, sweet potatoes, and mushrooms
- Warm cans of cream of mushroom and cream of chicken in saucepan with about a can of water mixed in and bouillon cubes. Than, add to casserole.
- Add sour cream and shredded cheese. Mix in
- Add top layer of shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes
