Ingredients :
- 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup Lemon curd, homemade or store bought
- 3 tbsp confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- drops of lemon food coloring
Method :
- Whip cream until soft peaks form
- Add lemon curd, confectioner"s sugar, vanilla and drops of yellow food coloring, beat until just firm
- Use this to top and fill cakes, cupcakes,pies, brownies, bars,cookies anywhere a lemon whipped cream would taste good!
