Ingredients :
- 4 eggs
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup ground raw oatmeal
- 1 tbsp chopped or ground almonds
- pinch ground cinnamon
- pinch nutmeg
- pinch ginger
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp ground flax or Chia seed
- 1 1/8 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Method :
- In food processor ground up flax oats almonds and bananas.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and do a quick mix to mix thoroughly.
- Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake on 425°f for 20 minutes.
