Ingredients :
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 grams sugar
- 100 grams butter
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 25 grams flour
Method :
- Melt chocolate and butter over a ban marie
- Whisk sugar, eggs ad egg yolks until combined
- Whisk sugar and egg mixture into the chocolate egg mixture
- Fold in sieved flour into chocolate
- Line ramakins with melted butter then cocoa
- Bake in oven at 150 degrees C for 10 to 12 minutes
