Ingredients :
- 8 1/2 oz (240 g) any hard or firm cheese (Swiss, cheddar, Gouda, Muenster, mozzarella, etc)
Method :
- Using a sharp, heavy knife, divide the cheese into 4 equal portions. Cut each portion into French fry-like sticks. Wrap each single portion well in plastic wrap and store in fridge until ready to eat. 250 calories/serving; GL=0, Glycals=0
