
Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp quick oats
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 medium Applecored
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 pieces of caramel candy
Method :
- preheat oven @350°F, and bake on 325°F , for 30 minutes. in a oven proof dish. i used a soup bowl thats oven proof.it needs to have room for apple to bloom.4" inch round is the size you use.
- mix the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter together with ur clean fingers , till mixed. set a side.
- now core the apple. slice apple more then half way through going around, in 1/2 inch slices.
- put the apple in dish ,pour lemon juice over the apple,put 3 pieces caramel candy in the center hole, top with oats mixture.
- make sure the apple is in the cent of dish, as it bakes it will bloom, when done baking take out let cool a little and enjoy.
