
Ingredients :
- 500 grams chicken breasts boneless
- 15 small pre-made tortillas
- 6 tbsp barbecue sauce
- 2 medium Green bell pepers
- 4 medium tomatos
- 2 tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 2 tbsp finely chopped gralic
- 6 tbsp chopped green chilli
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp mixed dry herbs
- cooking oil
- salt
- 4 medium tomatos
Method :
- Dice tomatoes and bell peppers
- Make thin strips of chicken
- Grease pan with oil and put chopped ginger and garlic and stir fry till they change color
- Now put chicken strips in pan and add bar b q sauce and tomato paste as well and cook till chicken gets golden brown. (You can add some oil if required)
- Once the chicken is cooked put it aside.
- Stir fry vegetables with dry herbs and chopped chillies but keep them crispy
- Make the tortilla rolls by putting chicken and vegetables mix.
