Recipe Ruby 's Easy Pecan Pie

Ingredients :

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup Dark corn Syrup (karo)
• 1 cup pecans
• 1/4 cup butter
• 3 eggs
• 1 pie shell

Method :

1. Preheat oven to 375°
2. Combine sugar, dark corn syrup, and melted butter in a bowl
3. Add beaten eggs and pecans (pieces or halves) to sugar mix
4. Mix thoroughly
5. Poor mix into pie shell
6. Bake at 375° for 45-50 min
7. Cool on rack
