
Ingredients :
- 2 pork chops (rib eye chops shown)
- 1 packages garlic & chive hummus
- 2 tsp red curry powder
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried minced onions
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch kosher salt and black pepper
- 1 vegetable oil; as needed
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Method :
- On full blast, heat up a small, non-stick saute pan. Combine all spices except salt in a bowl. Toss all spices in the saute pan at once. Constantly toss around spices until fragrant. Do not burn. Set aside. You just made curry.
- Cover chops with enough oil to coat. Season. Bake at 350° until pork reaches desired doneness.
- After chops are done cooking, spread hummus atop.
