Recipe Guacamole

Ingredients :

  • 4 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 3 limes, juice only
  • 2 medium-size tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 Serrano or jalapeƱo chili pepper, seeded and minced
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • to taste Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method :
  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork. Mix in the remaining ingredients, and serve.
  2. 50 calories per serving, GL=0, Glycals=0
