Ingredients :
- 4 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 3 limes, juice only
- 2 medium-size tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 Serrano or jalapeƱo chili pepper, seeded and minced
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- to taste Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method :
- In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork. Mix in the remaining ingredients, and serve.
