Ingredients :
- to taste salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- to taste crushed chilli
- 350 grams king prawns peeled
- 1/2 lemon juice
Method :
- In a bowl add the prawns, salt, chilli and lemon juice. Combine together well.
- Next, heat the olive oil over a low to medium heat in a frying pan and add the garlic and bay leaf.
- When the garlic has browned slightly. Add the prawns in and cook for 3-5 minutes or until all the prawns have turned pink.
- Serve immediately.
