
Ingredients :
- 3-4 lb corned beef brisket
- 3 cups water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 6-8 small white or red potatoes
- 1 onion chopped
- 3-4 carrots or about 10-20 baby carrots cut to bite size pieces
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- Seasoning packet that came with brisket
- 2 heads cabbage
Method :
- Prep the veggies and place in crockpot
- Pour in water and add seasoning packet and dijon mustard.
- Rinse brisket and place on top of veggies fat side up
- Set crockpot on low and let cook for 7 hours
- Cut the cabbage and add to the crockpot and let cook on low for 2 more hours.
