
Ingredients :
- 110 g Milk chocolate
- 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 120 g Flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 dash vanilla essence
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 Tablespoons chopped walnuts
Method :
- Cut the chocolate into small pieces and put them into a bowl. Dissolve the chocolate in double boiler.
- When the chocolate has completed melted, add the maple syrup and vegetable oil. Mix then add the vanilla essence, chopped walnuts and salt to mix in.
- Add the milk warmed to body temperature by microwave. Finally add the flour and baking powder. Mix all together.
- Pour the mixture into a baking tray, spread the oil lightly in advance. Flatten the surface with a spatula. Bake in the oven preheated to 180℃/350°F for about 20 minutes. Poke a skewer through it, and if nothing sticks to the skewer, it"s done.
- Let it cool down completely, and cut up as you like.
