Recipe Pastry Cream / Creme Patissiere

Resep Pastry Cream / Creme Patissiere

Ingredients :

  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method :
  1. Heat milk
  2. Cream egg yolk with sugar
  3. Add cornflour and mix well
  4. Add milk to egg mixture and mix well.
  5. Return mixture to pan and cook on low heat until thickens.
  6. Add vanilla and mix well. Leave to cool.
