Ingredients :
- 7 strips Bacon, cooked & chopped
- 1 pound Boneless Chicken Breast
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets, cooked
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Cheese
- 2/3 cup Heavy Cream
- 2/3 cup Milk
- 8 oz fettuccine
Method :
- Heat olive oil on medium-high heat in a large skillet. Season chicken with salt & pepper. Cook chicken breast on high heat for 2-4 mins each side, until browned.
- Remove skillet from heat. Keep chicken covered until chicken is no longer pink. Slice chicken into thin slices.
- Add minced garlic to skillet. Add heavy cream & milk. Bring to a boil. Add cheese & stir until completely melts.
- Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
- Add cooked pasta, cooked bacon, cooked broccoli & cheese mix. Stir until completely combined.
