Ingredients :
- 20 oz can pineapple
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tb cornstarch
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 3 chicken breasts, split
- Salt
- 1 lemon, sliced
Method :
- Drain pineapple, reserve juice
- Combine pineapple juice with garlic, cornstarch, Worc. sauce, mustard, and rosemary
- Arrange chicken in a shallow baking dish, sprinkle with salt
- Broil until chicken is browned
- Pour sauce over chicken
- Bake at 400º for 30 min
- Arrange pineapple pieces and lemon around chicken
- Bake additional 5 min
