Recipe Creamy Mexican Chicken Chowder

Resep Creamy Mexican Chicken Chowder

Ingredients :

  • 2 cup of milk
  • 10 oz bag of frozen corn kernels (use drained canned corn if you want)
  • 1 cup of leftover chopped chicken
  • 8 oz block of pepper jack cheese
  • 2 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can of undrained Rotel
  • 1 Red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1 Garlic powder to taste

Method :
  1. Combine all of the ingredients, except cheese, in a large pot and cook until thoroughly heated.
  2. After soup ingredients have been heated, break up cheese and add it to the pot. Stir frequently until cheese has melted.
  3. Garnish with cilantro and/or corn chips if desired.
