Ingredients :
- 4 piece chicken legs
- 2 tsp butter
- 4 clove garlic
- 1 piece onion, chopped
- 1 piece carrot, medium size, cut into chunk
- 1 piece potato, medium size,cut into chunk
- 1 piece bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
Method :
- Saute garlic and onion.Add chicken
- Put the coconut milk.simmer for 5mins with constant stirring to avoid curding of coconut milk
- Add the vegetable to the pan, then add the curry powder.simmer until meat is tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
