Ingredients :
- 75 g soft margarine
- 75 g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 150 g self-raising
- 100 g chocolate chips
- few drops of vanilla essence(optional)
Method :
- Cream together the margarine and the sugar
- Beat in the egg to the margarine and sugar and the vanilla essence if using
- Stir in the flour and chocolate chips
- Place in small spoonfuls on a greased or lined baking trays
- Back in the oven for 10-15 minutes
