Ingredients :
- 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 58 grams unsalted butter
- 58 grams avocado spread
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup castor sugar
- 1 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup dark Choc chips
Method :
- Preheat oven to 175°F or 350 Fahrenheit
- In a medium mixing bowl. Add flour, cornstarch, salt, baking soda. Whisk and set aside.
- Place butter in a microwave safe bowl. Heat until halfway melted. Pour butter into the bowl of an electric mixer. Add brown sugar, castor sugar and avocado.
- Mix on medium speed until well combined. Mix in egg and vanilla extract. Put speed to low and slowly add the flour mixture. Mix until fully combined.
- Hand stir the chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough out a slightly heaping of 1/2 tsp at a time. Drop onto baking paper. Which is on trays. Placing one inch apart. Shape each into a ball before placing onto tray.
- Bake for 6 mins. Do not over bake.
- Store in a air tight container.
