Ingredients :
- Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 Salmon
- 1 salt and pepper (dash of each)
Method :
- For sauce: Melt butter, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce and grated ginger.
- Once melted, whisk in dijon mustard. Cook 2 min then set aside. (Makes 6 servings)
- Heat 1 tsp olive oil in pan.
- Lightly salt and pepper salmon and place in pan. Cook 3 min
- Flip salmon (should be lightly golden) and top with some sauce. Cook 3 min.
- Flip salmon again and top with some sauce on this side. Cook 2-3 more min or until salmon cooked through
