Ingredients :
- 4 pears
- 1 box puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie
- 1 cup honey
- 1 egg
Method :
- Preheat oven to 300°F
- Cut the top off the pears and remove the core leaving the bottom
- Stuff each pear with 1 oz of cheese, and put the tops back on the pears
- Cut puff pastry into 1/2 in strips and wrap around the pears
- Press lightly to join strips together
- Beat egg and brush a coat over each pastry
- Bake pears for 30 min, then drizzle honey over each pear
- Raise oven temp to 350°F and bake 15-20 min
