Ingredients :
- 8-10 breakfast sausage
- 8-10 slice white or wheat bread
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c milk
- 1/4 t ground cinnamon
- 1 splash vanilla
- butter for greasing the pan
- maple syrup
Method :
- Cook sausage
- Trim crust from bread and flatten
- In bowl whisk eggs , milk, cinnamon and vanilla
- Roll each sausage in bread and trim to fit
- Heat pan over medium heat add butter
- Dunk each roll into egg mix, coat evenly, let excess drip off and place in pan
- When bottom is browned turn with tongs and brown on all sides
- Serve with maple syrup for dunking
