
Ingredients :
- 3 cup butter lettuce
- 3 cup red leaf lettuce
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
- 1 medium crinkle cut carrot used a mandolin
- 4 large eggs
- 4 oz bacon ( 4 slices)
- 1/4 cup your favorite salad dressing
Method :
- Mix the lettuces, carrot, tomatoes. Set aside
- Fry the bacon in small pieces. When done and crisp put on a paper towel to absorb excessive oils.
- In the bacon dripping, from frying the bacon, fry the eggs. when the bottom part of the egg is cooked add water and cover. steaming the rest of the white of eggs but not the yoke. Remove to a plate
- Add salad to a bowl top with egg and finally bacon add dressing hope you enjoy.
