
Ingredients :
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- MEAT MIXTURE m
- 3.5 oz ham, minced
- 8 oz ground pork sausage
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- to taste salt and pepper
- BREADING b
- 1/2 c ground pork rinds
- 2 T ground flax seed
- pinch salt and pepper
- 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine meat mixture ingredients. Divide into four portions and flatten into patties. Wrap a patty around each egg and seal closed.
- In another bowl, combine breading ingredients. Roll meat-wrapped eggs in breading mixture until thoroughly coated. Transfer to baking sheet.
- Bake about 25 min. Serve hot with mayo, mustard, Ketchup or BBQ sauce.
