Ingredients :
- 2-3 lb boneless pork ribs
- 2 cup barbeque sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 3 tablespoons dried minced onion
- salt & pepper
Method :
- Place onion and ribs in slow cooker. Cover with brown sugar and turn to combine. Season with salt & pepper. Pour in apple juice. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove ribs and discard juice from the slow cooker. Replace the ribs and stir in barbeque sauce. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes. Serve.
