Ingredients :
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 Tbsp EVOOL
- half onion chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning ( mix my own )
- 1/2 bag frozen mixed veggies
- 1 jar turkey gravy
- mashed potatoes ( I used boxed homemade works also )
- 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
Method :
- Add onions saute til soften
- Drain meat mixture
- Add mixed veggies and Cajun seasoning
- Mix till veggies are warm
- While that is cooking make potatoes according to directions ( I add a chicken bouillon cube and 2 tbsp pepper )
- Pour meat mixture into small square bake pan top with potatoes smooth to cover all meat then top with cheese
- Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly
