Recipe Puff cheese madness

Ingredients :

• puff pastry packet from market
• you can use the prefered types of cheese. I used sheeder cheese ,kiri cheese "creamy white cheese" .
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp milk

Method :

1. Defrost the puff pastry in the microwave if it is frozen.
2. Chip all kinds of cheese together
3. Put a small portion of mixed cheese in the middle of pastry and shape it as you want
4. In a small bowel mix the egg and the milk
5. Brush with the previous mix
6. Preheat the oven 200 ℃ and put it for 15 min.
