Ingredients :
- 6 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
- Marinade:
- 1/3 cup (78 ml) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chili garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
Method :
- Combine ingredients in pan and whisk.
- Add salmon, cover and marinade in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Reglaze salmon and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F, or until salmon flakes.
