Ingredients :
- 50 g Komatsuna or green vegetable
- 1/2 Banana (50g)
- 1/5 Apple (50g)
- 200 ml Soy milk
- 30 g Ginger about
Method :
- Grate the ginger, cut all ingredients into small pieces, and put into a blender.
- Blend for about 10 seconds. Stir and it"s ready to drink. Drink immediately while it is freshest.
