Recipe Green Ginger Smoothie

Resep Green Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 50 g Komatsuna or green vegetable
  • 1/2 Banana (50g)
  • 1/5 Apple (50g)
  • 200 ml Soy milk
  • 30 g Ginger about

Method :
  1. Grate the ginger, cut all ingredients into small pieces, and put into a blender.
  2. Blend for about 10 seconds. Stir and it"s ready to drink. Drink immediately while it is freshest.
