Recipe Tart Shells

Resep Tart Shells

Ingredients :

  • 200 grams butter
  • 70 grams sugar (or more, depending on taste)
  • 125 grams flour
  • 1 egg
  • dash vanilla extract (optional)

Method :
  1. Cream butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.
  2. Add the egg and combine well.
  3. Sift in flour in two batches until the mixture forms into a soft dough.
  4. Store the dough in the fridge for half an hour.
  5. Mould and poke the bottom with a fork to prevent breakage.
  6. Bake in preheated oven at 200℃ for ten to fifteen minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Chill in fridge overnight for best results.
