Ingredients :
- 2 lbs meatballs
- 2 pounds bacon
- 3 cups colby jack shredded
- 3 cups mozzarela shredded
- 4 cups sharp cheese shredded
- 3 spoons sour cream
- 2 cups milk
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp rosso pesto sauce
- 1 jar salsa con queso
- 1 medium onion(finely chopped)
- 2 teaspoon parsley
- salt (as desired)
Method :
- Boil macaroni until soft
- Cook meatball, bacon and chopped up onion all seperately in pan
- Mix all in a big bowl macaroni,bacon, meatball,onion,con queso cheese, pesto,milk,sour cream, garlic,parsley,salt, 1 cup each of shredded cheese hold the remain for topping
- Once mix well pour it in a pan and spread the rest shredded cheeses covered with aliminum foil baked for 15 to 20 minutes. Let set for 15 minutes and ready to eat
