Recipe Eggnog Rum Bread

Resep Eggnog Rum Bread

Ingredients :

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. eggnog
  • 4 Tbsp dark rum
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c butter soften
  • 2 1/4 c all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg

Method :
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of 9 X 12 loaf pan. Beat together eggnog, rum, sugar, vanilla extract until very smooth, add butter stir until smooth.
  2. Sift together all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Add eggnog mixture and stir. Pour it into a lightly greased pan.
  3. Bake bread for 40 to 60 minutes. Test center with toothpick. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
  4. Wrap tightly to keep moist.
