Ingredients :
- 1 Avocado (I used Hass) - Halved and pitted
- 1 can Tuna (Drained but not too dry)
- 1 large Onion - Diced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper - diced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper - diced
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider or Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Salt
- 1 Garlic Powder
- 1 Lime (Juiced/Squeezed)
- 1 JalapeƱo Pepper - diced (Optional)
- 1/2 tsp Tajin Mexican Seasoning (optional)
Method :
- Combine all ingredients Except Avocado. Mix well.
- Refrigerate mixed tuna so flavors can absorb well. (If you"re really hungry, it"s okay to skip this)
- Take a tablespoon and scoop mixture into avocado halves.
- OPTIONAL: For a smoother mixture, after taking pit out of avocados, if there"s any avocado left on the pit add to mixture. Or just scoop a little avocado out and add to mixture.
