Recipe Chicken Florentine

Ingredients :

  • 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp white cooking wine
  • 1 lb spinach
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 3 oz cream cheese, cut up

Method :
  1. Add chicken, broth, and wine to a pan. Sprinkle with pepper and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and cover to simmer for 25-30 mins.
  3. Remove chicken and cover to keep warm.
  4. Steam spinach for about 3 mins. Set aside, covered, also to keep warm.
  5. Combine cornstarch with 1 tbls water. Stir into broth. Cook until thickened and bubbly. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
  6. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and serve over rice.
