
Ingredients :
- 2 cup Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Grated Coconut
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 stick Curry Leaves
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- Salt
Method :
- Heat a pan & add the coconut oil. Put the mustard seeds into it. After one minute, chop the garlic & add it.
- When the garlic starts to turn brown, chop the onion & add it. After a few minutes, add the chillies & curry leaves.
- When the onion turns mushy, add the chopped cabbage into it. Mix the coconut & turmeric powder.
- When the cabbage is half cooked, add the coconut. Add salt to taste. Mix & cook well.
