
Ingredients :
- 4 cups Cheese, any cheese you like, grated
- 280 grams macaroni
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups milk, whole
- 2 eggs
Method :
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Cook the macaroni until all dente. In a bowl mix the milk, eggs, salt and black pepper.
- Lightly grease a baking dish, layer it with 1/3 of the macaroni. Top with 1/3 of the cheese. Pour over half of the milk mixture. Repeat and leave 1/3 part of the cheese.
- Bake until the mixture is bubbly and the macaroni looks crunchy. Top with remaining 1/3 part of the cheese and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve while it still hot.
